Despite instructions from the Romance Man that my post had to be DIRRRTTTYY and that my momma was banned from his blog, I’m super excited to be here today to talk about my debut, TWICE TEMPTED. I love reading his blogs and the BBL’s awesome comments.
Most of the time I lurk, but it’s because I can’t think of something that would contribute to the conversation. Or RM tells me that he has no idea what I’m talking about. Plus, he told me I looked exactly like a school teacher (still not sure what the heck that means).
So…Since I’m a very good Southern Girl who loves her momma, I present to you, BBLs, The Romance Man’s 1st Evah Dirty ManCandy Blog Post.
Who wants to hose them off first?
Yeah, I know what you’re thinking: What are they keeping in those reverse fanny packs?
Any volunteers for a roll in the sand?
What is it again that I’m here for? Oh, right! In my debut novel, TWICE TEMPTED, my naughty British Bad Boy hero has a Very Dirty Secret. Only too bad for him it’s been recorded in the form of digital images, ready to go viral at the double click of a mouse. His agent’s reaction: Christian must change his party reputation by finding a small town girl to be seen with at the first opportunity.
Even worse—the small town girl he runs into at the airport wants nothing to do with the playboy actor. Not at first anyway. ;)
So BBLs, do you think Dirty ManCandy, sponsored by The Romance Man, should become a WEEKLYtradition?
WAIT!! I can’t leave off RM’s favorite (and mine, too), Tim Tebow! Hee!
GIVEAWAY: Leave a comment to enter, and I’ll give away two copies of Twice Tempted (e-book only) to randomly chosen winners!
TWICE TEMPTED, available now at Amazon and Barnes and Noble (e-book)

Sometimes…
Born into wealth and power, Christian Romanov is Hollywood’s favorite bad boy with a golden touch…until the day his agent receives pictures of the movie star celebrating his birthday in a not-so-legal way. Now he’s been ordered to find a small-town girl to be seen with in order to improve his partying image. He agrees, but for an entirely different reason-to protect the reputation of an organization that helps get teen off the street and back into the school. Not only is he the anonymous donor that’s been solely supporting the organization since its inception, he’s slated to be their newest spokesman.
What happens in Vegas,
Zoe Ambrose is a hopeless romantic masquerading as a realist. But she’s also a successful novelist, trying to fit herself into a staid life when what she craves is the adventure she found one night in the arms of a playboy who never knew her name. When her successful crime series is optioned by a major studio, she travels to Las Vegas to find that the prince of her fantasies and single night of pleasure is the main contender for the male lead. But for four years Zoe has been publicly eviscerating the man who left her stranded that night—he’s the villain in her series! Now the movie star doesn’t recognize her, and Zoe is determined to protect her heart this time.
Doesn’t Stay in Vegas.
When Christian braves the small town of Holland Springs and Zoe’s overprotective family to win the girl of his dreams, he finds that his Hollywood skills might not cut it—and learns a shocking truth he never imagined. Can he tempt her again and finally give her the epic love story she has refused to write for herself?
Marquita Valentine writes small town romances that are anything but small. Lisa Kleypas, Carly Phillips and Rachel Gibson are among her favorite contemporary authors. Marquita met her husband aka Hot Builder at Sonic when they were in high school. She suggests this location to all of her single friends in search of a good man — and if that doesn’t work, they can console themselves with cheesy tatertots. She lives in North Carolina in a very, very small town with Hot Builder and their two children.

Ah I remember that photo of Joe M very well. I took it just after I threw a jug of water at him for that hot wet look….he was a tad surprised and said he was going to get me for that. I quickly snapped a photo and ran off…..ever so slowly! Your book sounds fab too….;0)
Oooh! I hope Joe caught you, Gitte.
And do you have any others you’d care to share with us?
Thanks for stopping by!
Ummm yeah he sure did
Do you mean photos of Joe or stories where I (pretend) that Joe knows and fancies me?
Good luck with your book, look forward to reading it!! xx
It could’ve happened. I’ve been HUGGED by Colin Firth and haz pics to prove it!!!
No way??!!
I want to fist bump you cause that is so amazing!!
(my sons tell me that’s what you do now, not high 5 which I tried to do recently and totally embarrassed them. Apparently cause it’s not cool to high 5 anymore!!)
Aloha Marquita! And yay for the dirtymancandy blogpost! And yes to the hosing off of grit, grime and sand. Lol!
I am not sure why RM thinks looking like a school teacher is bad.
I am not sure why you want to bar your Mom either.
But what I am sure of is…
1) You definitely need to speak up more.
2) I can understand you unlike Huggybear.
3) i will be purchasing this book.
Thanks to RM for convincing you to post!
Aloha, Jayakawp! So glad you liked the pictures.
I’m not either-maybe it doesn’t help that I’m a Sunday School teacher….
1. I will do my best
2. This is a Good Thing, and didn’t Snoop Dogg play that character in the remake of Starsky&Hutch?
3. Thank you! And I hope you love it!
Thanks for stopping by!
Hey Marquita,
You might be right. Hmmm, you suppose RM is Snoop Dog incognito?
I’m sure I will love it.
Love this post–a reminder that you can always expect the unexpected at The Romance Man’s blog! The book sounds great, Marquita, and I wish you the best of luck with it. I can do without Tim Tebow, but definitely like the firemen…and the guys in kilts. Most definitely!
Kate, I racked my brain trying to think of a way to be all dirty for RM’s blog. So, I’m super happy you loved it-the research was grueling.
And thank you! I’m pretty sure you could do lots of Tim-I’ve read your books!
Thanks for stopping by!
lots With, not of. ha!
You do look like a school teacher in that photo!!
Lots of luck with sales!!
ha! That photo was taken right before the RITAs (Romance Writers of America’s version of the Oscars) last year, Lucie. I was totally dressed up non-teacher like. No crazy sweater or matching holiday socks in sight (yes I used to teach kindergarten)!
And thank you!
Thanks for stopping by!
Sounds like a book I can’t wait to read. Moving it to the top of my ever growing must read list.
And I wouldn’t mind the eye candy once in a while either. Very nice.
Duchess, mine is about to topple over! So I’m so honored that you would add Twice Tempted to yours.
I read a study that said Eye Candy is good for the heart…or something.
Thanks for stopping by!
Ooo, how dirty. This sounds really good. I just love when the guy chases the girl. *sigh*
Glad the blog is sufficiently dirty, Musing Sallie!
& thank you. It’s fun to see (and write) the formerly chased become the chaser.
Thanks for stopping by!
I really like the sounds of this book. Nothing beats an arrogant man that has to fight for the girl. I sure hope she makes him work for it!!
I think he should make mancandy everyday. Wait I already have a place to enjoy that. Neve rmind, once a week works.
Thank you, Toni! I’m with you, nothing like the Arrogant becoming the very Humbled.
And does my heroine ever make him work!
Sounds like a great plan to me. I’m sure RM would be sooo happy to have mancandy on here each week.
Thanks for stopping by!
Congratulations on your book, I can’t wait to read it.
Thank you for the mancandy…mmmm…
Thanks, Grettel! It was my pleasure.
Thanks for stopping by!
Marquita first what a great name:) and congrats I can not wait to read your book it sounds great. And thanks for the men in kilts I truly love a man in a kilt hmmm. Good luck
Believe or not, Kelly, I did not like my name (and yes Marquita Valentine *is* my real name) growing up. It was too different and no one could say it correctly. No idea that it was the perfect Romance Author Name. ;D
I hope you enjoy Christian and Zoe’s story!
Thanks for stopping by!
LOL! Marquita you crack me up with your man candy. I just had the comment. Loved the book and you know it. I hope the rest of the group likes it.
Melody, it had to be done.
I’m so happy you loved Twice Tempted! YAY!
Thanks for stopping by!
Congratulations on your debut, Marquita, I’m looking forward to reading it. The mancandy was an excellent idea, I love a man in a kilt, and of course Joe M *sigh*
Thanks, Sheri. Along with being good for your heart, mancandy, should be viewed in daily doses. Or so I’ve heard.
Thanks for stopping by!
Hi Marquita! Your book sounds great. I love that he’s the main contender for the lead when she wrote him in as the villainous. That’s awesome! Good luck with your release and thanks for the mancandy!
Oops. I meant villain. Damn you, autocorrect.
Hi Gina,
Thank you! My heroine, while not a bad boy (girl) like the hero, isn’t exactly a goody-two shoes. I’m pretty sure writing someone as the villain of a series isn’t nice at all.
I’d be happy to post Mancandy anytime! They do have a hashtag on Twitter for mancandy. It’s #mancandymonday
Thanks for stopping by!
(ps autocorrect, like my Zumba instructor, is the devil.)
Great blog, the book sounds very interesting. Love the hottie scottie pics.
So glad you liked, Sheri! There is something about a man in a kilt, isn’t there.
Thanks for stopping by!
Marquita, congrats on your debut. I love this type of story! Added to my TBR pile.
Not only do those firemen need to be hosed down, they need to be hand washed. Well, they are awfully dirty.
Love the kilts… Where is a strong stiff breeze when you need one?
Teboo. Not so much. To goody two-shoes for me. Love the bad,bad boys!
Thank you, Granny! I’m sure those fireman wouldn’t mind a sponge bath-much easier on the skin.
Bad Boys do make me sigh in such a good, good way. hee!
Thanks for stopping by!
LOL crazy granny! I volunteer my services to help wash those dirty boys
Naughty photos? Bad boy hero? Sounds like fun. Please count me in.
Best for your debut Marquita. Congratulations!
hankts AT internode DOT on DOT net
Bad Boy Heroes lure me in every time, Kaetrin! Naughty photos help. LOL!
And thank you. I am too excited. Hope you love Twice Tempted!
Thanks for stopping by!
Congratulations, Marquita! I can’t wait to read Twice Tempted. It sounds awesome. And don’t worry– you aren’t the only good southern girl on here whose momma isn’t allowed to read this blog. Quit laughing, y’all. I am a good southern girl or at least I was before I started hanging out on here
. I would say that you should ask Manbug, Doodlebug and Zombie Killer, but unfortunately I don’t have a lot of faith that they would back me up.
Thank you, ladybug. I am very excited and nervous. :}
LOL! Thing is, my mom *has* commented on here. RM told her to leave! LOL!! And I blame my husband (a very bad southern boy) for corrupting me. Being here doesn’t help things. Or it might, not sure.
Thanks for stopping by!
LOL about your mom on the blog. We can all rest assured that my mom has not been on this blog EVER. You haven’t heard any news reports about a nice lady in Alabama spontaneously combusting, have you?
And I, like you, was corrupted by a southern boy. I’m sure it would have happened eventually, but he didn’t help matters
I vote for weekly Dirty ManCandy here!!!! I’m partial to the candy wearing kilts, but the firemen look tasty as well.
I also like the sound of your book and look forward to reading it – added to my TBR pile and made sure it didn’t fall off.
Shauntih, I couldn’t pick between the two pictures. So I went with both, lol!
And thank you! Those leaning towers of TBR piles are very tricky.
Thanks for stopping by!
Great premise – I will look for it!
Get a totally outrageous avi and it will cure the school teacher issue!
hmmm. You might be on to something, mceckk.
And thank you! I hope you enjoy Twice Tempted!
Thanks for stopping by!
Okay and I am going to go out there and say it – ManCandy on a whole not a bad thing – but somehow RM posting it on this blog is more weird than him posting recipes.
I agree.
I agree too.
Yeah, Man Candy on RM’s blog’s just a bit odd. Not that I didn’t appreciate it!
How do you think I feel?
That your ready to act out a scene from Wolf Tales?
LOL you are funny granny
REALLY “Like”
Awww come on, RM, it is so funny!
You feel good, because Tim Tebow is waving at you.
Not funny.
haha, yes it is
Lol it’s kind of funny
Here is my point – this blog was started by a man that wanted to talk about why he reads romance books. He most likely doesn’t look at Man Candy so why post it. To me it goes against his alpha male persona.
I am not getting all sappy but yes sometimes we need to step back and think of the person who started this blog.
Okay I’ve said my piece and I’m outta here.
It’s not that Marquita didn’t pick excellent morsels of candy, because she did. But since RM looks EXACTLY like his avatar, what more do we need?
( cough cough) your so right Diane!!!
I’m not sure what to think about your commentary. Anyhow, I need pics of (semi uniformed) firefighters and scots from time to time.
And those are very tastefully sexy fotos too
ManCandy is NEVER a bad thing. And I was only following directions. He said my blog had to be dirty, but not HOW it had to be dirty.
How you did it was well played!
Hot Builder aka my husband thought it was verra funny.
Hello Marquita, there definitely should be mancandy on the blog post every week
I’m adding you to my new to Mr authors list. Your book sounds really good. I’m looking forward to reading it. Good luck.
You know, RM is totally awesome in his Romance Man outfit, but he has to get tired of being an object of objectification, Lori. So, having weekly mancandy could give him a break.
And thank you-I’m honored!
Thanks for stopping by!
Sneaky things happen here overnight! Good Morning Marquita! I remember chatting with you here on the blog, I always understood what you were saying! Your book sounds like fun. Looking forward to a chance to read it. How does it feel to be on the ” other side”, writing on the blog instead of posting witty things?
I personally think you could bring your Mama……
Pat/Scout, it is good to be sneaky-sneaky (like the bulter on Mr. Deeds) sometimes. I’m just glad RM has a great sense of humor.
And I remember you, too!
As for being on the other side, I’m nervous as all get-out. Excited too. Then queasy. LOL!
My momma has already liked the link to this post. So it’s safe to say that she’ll stop by today!! But don’t tell RM!!!
Thanks for stopping by!
Love the post! Congrats on the release of Twice Tempted! It sounds like a great read!
Thank you, Susan. Today’s post was brought to you by the letters Y.U.M.M.Y.
Thanks for stopping by!
Okay– this is where I announce that I am an idiot and led a very sheltered life up until about 15 years ago. After this, I shall never mention the nickname that briefly was. I had no idea that there were other Huggy Bears. I never saw Starsky and Hutch (either version). I also never new there was a girl band name that in the 1990s. And evidently it was basketball coach Bob Huggins nickname. I don’t watch basketball. Send all basketball-related hate mail to RM– I don’t have a blog
.
I was referencing that adorable bear in the picture handing out free hugs.
Ladybug, you just educated me. I had no clue about the girl group or the basketball coach. Or even about a bear handing out free hugs. ;\
Marquita I haven’t read it yet because I am behind but I will
So many innuendos come to mind with your comment here. LOL
That’s okay.
I hope that when you do get all caught up and get to read Twice Tempted that you love it.
(ps there are smexy times in my book.
)
Marquita, Love this post! Especially my delicious Joe M! Not to mention I KNOW how Romanceman adores dirty mancandy. It’s his fave! Bahahaha!
About as much as you love that picture
Dude, you scarred her for life.
This is very true, Andris. Just the other day on Twitter, RM was complaining that there was NOT enough mancandy in the world.
Thanks for stopping by!
you still are not funny
Am too.
she is SO
Teehee! I heard that about the Romanceman.
Do I have to have a gravitar image for your blog, RM?
No. You can upload a picture from your computer if you want.
You need to go to gravatar.com and create one
Okay. I will right now.
no, there is only gravitas on this blog
Love the ManCandy. Yes, it should be a weekly tradition.
I don’t have time to read the whole post
But reading the first section, I am getting that book today! Off to work, see you later
Oh wow! Thank you, Lady G!
And don’t worry, Joe and Co will be waiting for you.
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
Congratulations, Marquita. Wishing you much success and many sales with your book.
Thank you for the visual aids this morning.
Thank you Selena!
It was totally my pleasure to make Monday a little more enjoyable.
Thanks for stopping by!
Whoa. This blog has turned deadly. It’s been angsty, hilarious, and utterly crazy. Now….deadly!
I was reading this blog and had a mouth-full of scone. I then got to the man-pics and tried to swallow scone in one big swallow, without coffee. I think I gulped at the pics….and just managed not to choke! LOL……go me.
All kidding aside I’m excited to read this new book and congratulate the author on a GREAT blog entry that pushed all the right buttons and whetted the hungry female reader appetite. Not to be confused with coffee and scone appetite. Thank you for waking my eyeballs up….
Is it really bad that I am supremely pleased with your reaction, Skeletor Vixen?
And thank you! Glad I pushed all the right buttons and got your Monday started off right!
Thanks for stopping by!
back when i thought money was the root of all freedom, i thought it would be a great idea to open a carwash that had all hunky men in kilts washing the cars. I happened to be visiting my aunt at the jersey shore and went to a carwash with all these hunky joe m. types DOING my car. yes, i knew they were probably dumber than stumps, but they got a pass for bodism. but i thought the kilt thing would be a good hook. alas, and alack, couldn’t find men who would wear a quilt in my not jersey shore territory so my idea went no where. but i still see the dollar potential in it although i could see the novelty wear off. plus wouldn’t get any RM type man biz cause men are funny that way. anyway, thank you marquita! and all joy and success with you new book!! t
That is a GREAT idea, Trudy. Men in kilts washing cars would be an instant hit. There is a topless carwash near me, off of I-95 that you can go to, only it’s women doing the washing.
Heard the actual carwash is horrible but I’m thinking the customers were satisfied anyway.
And thank you!
Thanks for stopping by!
P.S. – In all the drama of the etiquette blog yesterday, you all know what we NEVER DISCUSSED???? RM’s daddy! Like, what kind of advice did the oak tree give his little manboy acorn??????????? You know, after he stopped laughing his arse off at you??????
He called me an idiot
Idiot, huh? Must add that to the list of alternate RM names. Isn’t that what Lexie calls you? When she’s pissed at you? Frustrated? Amused? Just going through her day?
Marquita, I LOVE the idea of Dirty Mancandy, lol! I volunteer to hose down any firemen who need it!
And Twice Tempted sounds fabulous! I definitely need to add this to my TBR list!
Rebe, Dirty ManCandy would be the only candy where the 5 second rule didn’t apply.
YAY! Hope you enjoy Twice Tempted!
Thanks for stopping by!
Congrats, Rebe!!! You were chosen by Random.org as a Winner.
Please email me at marquita.valentine AT yahoo.com with your email address and e-book format.
Congrats on your book release Marquita! It’s on my Kindle just waiting for me to read it. I also wanted to say that I have some serious cover love for you book (even if it does lack man-candy)..it’s still awesome.
Stephanie, thank you!!! My book is so happy to be on your Kindle. And thanks for the cover love (even without the infamous man titteh). I made it myself!
Thanks for stopping by!
Marquita, I love that you grew up with the perfect “Romance Author Name”! Little did you know, right? Thanks for the review, your book sounds great. I will definitely be reading it. I am also curious to know why RM told your mom to leave…?
Very little did I know, Steph!
According to a friend of mine on Twitter it was either romance author or stripper. LOL!
Thanks, I hope you enjoy Twice Tempted.
As for my mom being banned….she commented on here about herself and my dad (it was in the comments where RM answered a blog reader’s email about finding a Good Man). RM said thanks for the comment and don’t come back, lol! Then he told me to tell her not to come back. pffft. As if I could do that. My mom, despite his non-love, loves the Romance Man!
Thanks for stopping by!
She is not banned, it was a joke and she ignored me anyway
Join the club. ;p
Firemen and Scots!!!! <3 This should most definately be a weekly occurrence. Can't wait to read your book, it sounds very interesting.
Are you reading Renee’s comment, RM?The demand is growing for Dirty ManCandy!
And thank you, Renee. I hope you enjoy Twice Tempted.:D
Thanks for stopping by!
Marquita, I totally empathize and understand your name angst, as I spent my growing years hating that I had a different name …. If I was getting married today I would keep my maiden name, but when I married 34 years ago I was SO happy to get a common anglo name that I would (almost) never have to spell for anyone…didn’t make my first name issue any better, but its amazing what maturity does for your perspective
I am sitting in the Delta Sky Club drinking Dewars as I wait for my 2nd flight to go home to wintery NZ. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed reading about your book and loving the comments. Loved all the dirty boys
.
Congratulations on your release and look forward to reading it.
This is very true, MJ. Funny thing is, my married name is much, much easier to say and spell. It’s a flippin’ compound word! Very Anglo and yet, it gets misspelled All Of The Time. SMH.
I’m glad that all of us here have made your layover a little more fun. Have a safe flight.
And thank you. I hope you enjoy Twice Tempted.
Thanks for stopping by!
Great job on the man candy. I absolutely love Joe Manganiello. I’m not sure he has caught on so much, yet. I am content having him to myself…lol.
Tina, I am very sure that a lot of women feel the way you do about Joe.
They didn’t put him on the movie posters for Magic Mike for nothing!
Thanks for stopping by!
No! I do better with no competition..lol.
ACK! My blog post was meant to be tongue-in-cheek or anywhere else you’d like to put it on the ManCandy. That’s all.
I LOVE RM’s blog as it is. He doesn’t have to change anything.
A little ManCandy never hurt anyone. I loved your post and thought you did great!
Aww, thanks, ladybug!
Agree completely with LG, Marquita! I wouldn’t worry if i were you.
Thanks, Lucie!
I think it would be pretty interesting to see what kind of mancandy RM would pick out. Since he has his finger on the pulse of what a woman wants and all..lol.
Congrats on the book and I think your name is lovely. I also have a surname nobody can spell and it’s only three letters long!
Do people misspell your first name, too? You know add an h to the end?
And thank you for the compliment!
Thanks for stopping by!
Yes all the time, or correct me on how to pronounce it! Hi I’m Sara – response oh hi Sarah! It is so annoying!
My husband has that problem. His name is Dave not David. We almost always have to legal shit redone because they always change it.
Always give kids a middle name. Manbug doesn’t have one and it causes so many problems. He worked at Sears when we were in college and their payroll system couldn’t process his paycheck with no middle initial so they assigned him “X”.
Firemen & Scot Man Candy ohhhhh yessss!!! See Matador, you don’t need blog questions to generate comments, you just need smart author’s bringing the Man Candy on a weekly basis! ( I bet the Matador is “teboing” right now in his cape with all the positive Man Candy feedback!)
Great post Marquita! I’m looking forward to reading Twice Tempted!
I’d love to see that picture, Amy! Real Matadors aren’t afraid of a little ManCandy all up in their space, er, blog. LOL!
Thank you. I hope you enjoy Christian and Zoe’s story.
Thanks for stopping by!
Marquita,
Love the name! I’m off to get your book and add it to my TBR list. I truly, truly appreciate the dirty mancandy today! Joe M is always a treat, and Tim Tebow, now that he can’t beat Texas, I can appreciate him fully.
Bless your heart for sharing, and best of luck with your debut.
Kate,
Thank you for adding Twice Tempted to your TBR pile.
Yes, Joe is always a favorite. And you can’t appreciate Tim Tebow more than RM. hee!
Thanks for stopping by!
book sounds delicious! I am sure it is just the beginning to a very long and prosperous career for you!!
Diana, you are too sweet!
Thanks for stopping by!
After reading all the comments pro and con on the mancandy. . . I must agree that it is RM blog and the half-naked men, while nice for the women, are going to turn off some readers; specifically the men. And the fact that RM finds no joy in posting mancandy is another reason that I now oppose the proposition to add a mancandy segment weekly.
Hey, I’ve got some female in me after all, changing my mind and everything
Of course you can change your mind, Lady G.
Marquita, lovely name, great story line and a unique voice. I wish you all the best! And oh, let’s not forget the photos. *pushes tongue back inside mouth*
Cris, thank you for your kind words.
) And we canNOT forget the photos. Oh no…never.
Thanks for stopping by!
Okay, I hate to ask and show how lost I am, but what does BBL stand for?
I’m here, so I guess I’ll answer! Long ago, when RM first started this blog, there were a brave.
few of us coming every day to read his words of wisdom. We formed a friendship and decided to call ourselves the BBL. It stands for Braless Bawdy Ladies.
RM liked the name, and there was peace in our land. The other nicknames came later…another story!
Hope I helped Tina…..
Thanks Pat/Scout! For the life of me I could NOT remember what the second B stood for. *hangs head in shame*
That’s ok Marquita, we’re kind of quiet, we don’t need a lot of attention.
LOL!!!!
Enjoyed your blog Marquita! Looking forward to reading your book and enjoyed the very tasteful man candy pictures that you posted. In my opinion some of the man candy pictures go overboard showing a little too much. I’d rather leave some things to the imagination. And I must say I do have a VERY good imagination…..
So glad that you did, Lulu. Yeah, sometimes it *is* nice to leave a little to the imagination.
Thanks for stopping by!
Congrats, Lulu. You were chosen Random.org as a Winner! Please email me at marquita.valentine AT yahoo.com with your address and e-book format.
)
OK first I love the man candy!! I also love this book, which I have already read and can’t wait for the next book in this series. It looks even better than Twice Tempted if that is even possible. I am a very proud mom and not the least bit partial(well maybe a little) but I have read a lot of romance books of all types and this book made me smile and laugh out loud. That in my opinion is a sign of a really enjoyable read.
Are you allowed to be here ma’am?
Yup
My daughter said I could
lol
Lalalala. I don’t see or hear you. lalalalala.
But thank you, mom, for your unbiased (snort) opinion of my debut. XOXO
Marquita, she is your mom. And we all know moms don’t bullshit when it comes to our kids! If it was bad, I know she would tell you it sucked and to fix it!
i really wish i had a mom who would come play with me with no judging, just braggin!
Marquita,
Loved the “dirty” pictures and the captions. You’re so zingy! And I loved your book which I’ve already read more than once. Here’s to your success in the future!
LOL! MK you are too funny. So glad you loved Twice Tempted!
Thanks for stopping by!
Marquita (is it pronounced mar-KEET-a?), I wish you every success with your debut. I love a unreachable guy going for the ordinary small-town girl.
Good luck!
Hi Lilypad,
You’re pretty close. It’s Mar-key-ta. I actually had to spell my name that way when I graduated from college so the speaker would be able to get it right.
And thank you for your kind words. I hope everyone loves Twice Tempted!
Thanks for stopping by!
I LOVE Joe!! and YES I love Dirty Man Candy!!
I love the sound of your book! If I don’t win one I will buy it anyway!!
Aww, thanks Tracy. The winners have been chosen by Random.org this morning. Thank you so much for commenting and I hope that you love Twice Tempted!
Thanks for stopping by!
